Honing existing skills and developing new ones is critical not only to First Data's business success but also to the continued success of our employees. We have developed partnerships with a number of colleges, universities, and industry associations in our effort to enhance our knowledge and effectiveness by creating new opportunities and challenges for the entire organization.

In addition to partnerships with outside vendors, employees of all levels have access to an Internet-driven employee development program that puts the power of learning right on their desktops. The curriculum features more than 100 interactive courses, with up to 1,000 online and formal classroom (instructor-led) classes that are delivered each year. Critical areas include: Business, Leadership, Technical, Sales and Product training, and many other areas providing employees with a broad and valuable experience.
