The Foundation’s purpose is to support employee giving and volunteerism through gift matching, "Donations-for-Doers" and select disaster relief efforts where employees and clients are directly impacted.

The Foundation does not accept unsolicited requests for grants, donations, or sponsorships. Corporate funding decisions are made in alignment with a strategy to promote financial literacy and employee engagement.
