Tagar C. Olson joined KKR in 2002 and is a member of the Financial Services industry team. Mr. Olson has played a significant role in the investments in Capmark Financial (formerly GMAC Commercial Holdings), First Data Corporation, Legg Mason, KSL Holdings, Masonite International, Visant and Yellow Pages Group. Currently, he is on the board of directors of Capmark Financial Group, First Data, KSL Holdings, and Visant. Prior to joining KKR, he was with Evercore Partners Inc., where he was involved in a number of private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a B.S. and B.A.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
