First Data Announces Financial Results Release Date Change: Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2009 Financial Results to Be Released March 11

ATLANTA, Feb. 26, 2010 – First Data today announced that it has changed the date of its previously announced fourth quarter and full-year 2009 financial results conference call from Thursday, March 18, 2010, to Thursday, March 11, 2010. The release will be available at www.firstdata.com .

The rescheduled financial results conference call and webcast will be held on Thursday, March 11, at 8 a.m. EST to review fourth quarter and full-year 2009 financial results. Michael Capellas, chairman and CEO of First Data, will lead the call. Also participating will be Pat Shannon, chief financial officer, and Silvio Tavares, senior vice president, investor relations.
