The Paybefore Awards were the highlight of Prepaid Expo U.S.A in Las Vegas this year. First Data and our customers were honored again as winners in four categories, taking home the highest honor of Best-in-Class in three of those categories. 

We are thrilled that Walmart won a Best in Category: Best Employee Benefit/Transit Prepaid Program for the Money Network MasterCard Paycard program. Walmart was also among the winners for the Best Prepaid Card/Packaging Design for the VUDU Digital Movie Card.

Google Wallet was chosen as a 2012 Paybefore Awards Best in Category winner in the Best Virtual, Digital or Mobile Prepaid Application and Most Innovative Prepaid Program categories.

Paybefore Awards, now in its sixth year, is the most prestigious recognition of excellence in the worldwide prepaid and stored value card industry. The awards are presented annually by Paybefore, whose publications are the leading source of industry information for the global prepaid community.
