How It Works
Step 1: Once you've decided that you would like to refer leasing to FDGL, you will need to fill out the Agent application and review our origination agreement. Once approved, a member of our Business Development team will help set up your program. You will also receive a program kick-off package with lease agreements, contact information and more.
Step 2: After you are approved to refer leasing to FDGL, a Relationship Manager (RM) will be assigned to your account and will be responsible for all your lease program needs. After you begin processing leases with FDGL, your RM will help ensure that pre-scoring, documentation, funding and reporting all happen as planned.
Step 3: As your leases are approved, you will receive regular status updates regarding your transactions in process, portfolio performance and funding.
