I received a confirmation from Secure Transport indicating the DID was generated, but the Merchant ID (MID) was not found and Terminal ID (TID) partially blocked, why?


After the account information is submitted to Secure Transport, an automated e-mail is generated and sent to the merchant. The DID can be found in the body of the e-mail and the MID in the subject line. However, for security reasons the TID will be partially blocked. Your MID/TID will be issued by your merchant services provider and sent to you separately.
