First Data Appoints Anthony S. Marino as Executive Vice President, Head of Human Resources

ATLANTA, MARCH 2, 2015 – First Data Corporation the global leader in payment technology and services solutions, today appointed Anthony S. Marino as Executive Vice President, Head of Human Resources. Marino, whose appointment is effective immediately, will report to First Data Chairman and CEO Frank Bisignano and will serve on the company’s Management Committee.

Tony brings a distinguished track record to First Data in these vitally important areas,” Bisignano added.
Before joining First Data, Marino served as executive vice president and chief human resources officer at The Guardian Life Insurance Company; chief human resources officer and general manager for The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.; and chief human resources officer for Ally Financial Inc. and Lennar. Marino also held human resources leadership roles at Bank of America and Honeywell.

Marino also serves as Chairman of the International Advisory Board for the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is a 1985 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
