The document below provides information on the structure of the remuneration systems within First Data Deutschland GmbH in accordance with §7 of the Institute Remuneration Regulation. Since 1st January 2010, First Data Corporation has established a consistent remuneration structure for all employees globally (including First Data Deutschland GmbH). This consistent and simplified approach, leads to transparency on how salaries are being determined and paid and results in fair remuneration for all employees.
