Visa / MasterCard Interchange Fee Settlement Recovery.

A proposed $5.54–$6.24 billion settlement to provide payments to merchants who accepted Visa and MasterCard at any time from January 1, 2004.

Like you, Fiserv has closely followed the legal proceedings related to the Visa / MasterCard Interchange Fee Class Action Settlement. As a merchant who processes Visa and MasterCard transactions, your business may be eligible to claim a share of the billions in settlement funds.

    The Court has preliminarily approved a settlement to resolve the class action, and a hearing for final approval is pending. Claim forms are not yet available and class members need not sign up for a third-party service to recover settlement funds. If the settlement is approved, no-cost assistance will be available from the Class Administrator and Class Counsel.
